
TRACY GREEN -
SUPERVISOR, PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY- 
Tracy has over 15
years insurance related experience primarily in the
Insurance Intermediary side of the business. Her experience
includes underwriting, marketing and administration.
Tracy is well versed in all lines of professional liability
including Medical Malpractice and is currently the Supervisor
of the Professional Liability division of Totten Insurance
Group.

CHRISTINE HORUC-LAKE, CIP
- MANAGER, PERSONAL LINES. - 
Christine has
over 23 years experience in the insurance industry,
20 years specializing in Personal Lines, as well as
Farms, Student Housing & Rentals.
She has over 15 years of experience working with both
a national Insurance Company and Insurance Brokerage
.
Christine joined Totten Insurance Group in 2003 as Senior
Underwriter in Personal Lines.

JAMES RICCI -
CRM - MANAGER, COMMERCIAL CASUALTY - 
James tarted in insurance industry in 1997, and has worked in many different sides of the industry as a Broker, a Direct Writer, a Commercial Property and Personal Lines Underwriter, a Commercial Casualty Underwriter and in Home Inspections for the insurance industry. He joined Totten Group in 2008 and was promoted to Manager of the Commercial Casualty division in April 2012.

ABDELLATIF OUMAMI, PAA, CIP
- MANAGER - QUEBEC - 
Abdel brings 28 years
of experience to his supervisor and senior underwriter
position at Totten Group. Having acquired the European
market experience by acting as a broker and underwriter,
Abdel carries on his expertise in the North American
market. This diversity allows him to have a solid underwriting
knowledge and background in the commercial and industrial
accounts. His current focus is to serve the brokers
by providing them solutions and support to their problems.

MELANIE PON -
CIP, MANAGER, COMMERCIAL PROPERTY & HOSPITALITY - 
Melanie started her
insurance career in the 1980’s working for a large
national wholesaler in various positions. She has since
gained more experience working with other wholesalers
in Southern Ontario as a well as a three year term on
the company side at ING. Melanie joined Totten Group
2008 and brings with her a strong knowledge of special
risk and niche property accounts.

KARRIE WARNER -
SUPERVISOR OPERATIONS / IT SITE MANAGER - 
A versatile professional, joining the Insurance Industry over 17 years ago, bringing over 20 years combined experience in Finance, Information Technology and Operations. Karrie adds to Totten Group a diverse range of experience and knowledge. She has obtained experience in various positions at a Brokerage, Support & Training at a National Broker Network and 9 years with Totten Insurance Group. As part of the 2003 start up Team, she played a large part in establishing the procedures and systems presently in place at Totten Insurance Group. She will continue to be involved in overseeing and development of new technology and Operations for the firm.

AARON WIGHTMAN, CHRP
- MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
Aaron joined HUB International
in 2007 and provides Human Resources support to a number
of regional hubs, including Totten Insurance Group.
His areas of focus within HUB are learning & development,
performance management, recruitment & selection, compensation,
employee engagement and leadership development. Prior
to joining the firm, Aaron held HR positions in both
the private and public sectors. He strongly believes
that while people are Totten Group's greatest asset,
they are also the driving force behind the firm's unique
culture and value proposition to its brokers and business
partners.
Aaron holds a bachelor's
degree and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources
Management as well as designations as a Certified Human
Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Professional
Behavioural & Values Analyst (CPBA, CPVA).

THIERRY GOSSELIN, CGA
- CONTROLLER
Thierry has a bachelor
degree in Administration Accounting from University
of Quebec in Montreal and a CGA designation. His 15
years experience includes 10 years of insurance experience
on both the wholesale and retail side. His experience
includes all the finance functions that support a brokerage
including accounts payable / receivable, financial analysis,
payroll, information technology, preparation of monthly
financial statements, budgets and other special projects.
Thierry joined Hub
International Quebec in 2005 as chief accountant with
the responsibilities of paymaster and accountant for
their Quebec and St-Felicien offices. Since that time,
he has been promoted to assistant controller (2009)
and Controller (2010). In 2010, in addition to his responsibilities
as Controller of Hub Quebec, he joined Totten's team
as Controller under the responsibility of the CFO, Dana
Williams.
