Currently, Totten has not experienced significant disruptions of essential business operations. 


Our action plan includes but not limited to the following:

  • Implementation of remote work capabilities that enable our employees to continue providing our brokers with continuity for claims and underwriting services
  • Restricting non-essential employee travel while ensuring our employees are available and can be reached by our clients via email or phone
  • Our offices will be closed to the public until further notice
  • We encourage you to use Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs / Wire Transfers/Clear Pay) for any account/premium payments due.  Our banking information: Bank of Montreal 270, Dundas Street, London (ON), N6A 1H3 bank No 001, Transit 03482, Account no. 1089-328.
