STORAGE TANK SYSTEM LIABILITY PROGRAM
- Bodily injury and/or Property Damage
caused to Third Parties that the insured is legally obligated
to pay as a result of a release from a schedule storage
tank system.
- Covers spills from loading and unloading
to operate the tank system.
- Automatic six month extended reporting
period (ERP) plus optional ERP available for up to 3 years.
- First & Third Party claims made
triggers policy.
- Defense costs outside the policy limits
(subject to a sublimit of 25% of each claim limit of liability).
- Limits of coverage include $1,000,000.00
or $2,000,000.00., however, higher limits(up to $5,000,000)
can be considered.
- Deductibles: $5,000 minimum.
