NEW Claims Reporting Procedure

When a loss occurs, we understand that accessibility and responsiveness are extremely important to both you and your clients. At such times you are looking for claims professionals who will guide you through the process.

Our commitment to superior service and accessibility has led us to carefully review our claims reporting and handling procedures with the goal of enhancing our responsiveness to you and your clients at the time of a loss.

Totten Group is pleased to announce some positive changes to our claims reporting and handling process to better deliver the reassurance sought by brokers and policyholders alike. Claims can now be reported as follows:
