- Sales, installation, maintenance and inspections of fire & security alarm systems, access controls systems, CCTV, home automation, fire extinguishing systems including kitchen systems, portable fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems
- Alarm monitoring stations and telephone answering services
- Locksmiths
- Private investigations
- Security guard services including event security, airport security, alarm response guards, armed guards, canine units, retail store security (loss prevention), security consulting, concierge services and rescue services
What Does It Cover?
- Your actual work (standard CGLs exclude coverage for "your work")
- Failure to respond, or late to respond, to an alarm
- Failure, or neglect, to provide the warranted protection services as agreed
- Failure, or neglect, to provide warranted monitoring services
- Bodily injury and broad form property damage
- Advertising liability
- Personal injury including libel, slander, discrimination, false arrest, detention or imprisonment
- Products and completed operation liability
- Care, custody and control coverage (including physical damage to non-owned vehicles)
- Intentional injury in defense of persons or property
- Employees as additional insured's
- Non-owned automobile damage
- Tenants legal liability
- Lock and key replacement
- Employee dishonesty including third party bond (coverage for clients property)
- Property coverage
- E & O Coverage (Available for all classes)

- Commercial General Liability (Occurrence Form) - Limits up to $10,000,000 in-house
- E&O Standard Inclusion (Sub-limits available up to $2,000,000)
- Umbrella Coverage over both CGL and Auto (Limits up to $25,000,000)
- Property (Broad Form, Replacement Cost, including Sewer Back-up, Flood and Earthquake)
- Crime (Broad Form Money & Securities)
