Coverage
Our Vacancy Program covers residential risks that are vacant (not occupied and no contents) and Unoccupied (not occupied but still has some contents).
Forms include:
- Named Perils excluding M.D.
- Named Perils Including M.D.
- Broad Form (Available for selected risks)
Limits
- Property - $10,000,000 In-house
- CGL (usually restricted to Premises Liability - $5,000,000 in-house)
Terms
- Policy may be issued for periods of 3, 6, and for select risks, 12 months
