Totten Insurance Group's Vacant Properties program covers commercial and residential risks for properties that are uninhabited (not occupied and no contents) or unoccupied (not in use but housing some contents).
Forms include:
- Named perils excluding M.D.
- Named perils including M.D.
- Broad form (available for selected risks)
Limits
- Property - $10,000,000 in-house
- CGL (usually restricted to Premises Liability) - $5,000,000 in-house
Terms
- Policy can be written for 3, 6 or 12 months (selected risks only)
