EPL is Employment related liability, generally established by Canadian law
that gives rise to legal liability. It refers to liability stemming most often from discrimination in the workplace,
sexual harassment and other employment related conduct.
EPL claims are usually brought against employers or fellow
employees, usually by other employee(s) and related to conduct,
policies or conditions. These include Failure to Hire, Wrongful
Dismissal, Failure to Advance / Promote, Compensation Discrimination,
